Sarah Dean-Marks is a dedicated family law attorney who brings both compassion and strategic advocacy to every case she handles. With more than a decade of litigation experience, she focuses her practice on marital and family law matters, guiding clients through divorce, paternity, and post-judgment issues with clarity, responsiveness, and care.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Dean-Marks gained extensive litigation experience handling complex commercial, construction, and professional negligence matters, as well as admiralty, personal injury, and employment cases. This diverse background strengthens her ability to analyze complex legal issues and advocate effectively for her clients in high-conflict family law matters.

She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Florida International University College of Law, where she was actively involved in appellate and trial advocacy. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany.

Ms. Dean-Marks is a member of the Florida Bar, including the Family Law Section, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, as well as a member of the American Bar Association.

Committed to serving her community, she has volunteered with organizations supporting elderly and disabled individuals, including Miami Jewish Health Systems and Meals on Wheels.

As a mother of young children and someone who has personally experienced divorce, Ms. Dean-Marks brings a grounded, real-world understanding of the emotional and practical challenges her clients face. This perspective informs her empathetic yet practical approach to helping clients navigate difficult transitions while protecting what matters most, their families.
